Interestingly, the atypical ether lipid, alkyldiacylglycerol [TG(O)] had nominally significant increases (1.34-fold increase, 1.04 − 1.73 95% CI, corrected p value = 7.62 × 10 −2 , uncorrected p-value 3.73 × 10 −2 , Fig. 1a ) in stark contrast to the large reductions in circulating triglyceride content (Fig. 1a ).
