The pooled CRR followed a similar trend, with North American studies [ 13 , 21 ] showing a pooled ORR of 16% (95% CI 1%–75%; I 2 = 95%) compared to 36% (95% CI 28%–46%; I 2 = 81%) in European studies [ 15 , 16 , [22] , [23] , [24] , [25] , [26] , [27] , [31] , [32] , [33] ]) However, the subgroup difference did not reach statistical significance ( P = 0.39; Fig. 2 F and G). 3.5.2 Publication bias and sensitivity analysis Publication bias was assessed for the response rate outcomes with HPIs, given the limited number of included articles.
