There was a significant decrease in the latency to fall in the TBI group throughout the whole protocol compared to the sham control, vehicle control, and AZI groups; also, there was a slightly significant decrease in latency to fall in the TBI + AZI group, as compared to the TBI group, on days 7, 14, and 21, and on day 28, there was significantly improved activity observed on the rotarod task by the TBI + AZI group, as compared to days 7 and 14.
