Notably, although the predictive role of the PNI for OS in nonpancreatic cancer patients did not reach statistical significance, the two included studies both reported positive results (HR = 1.04, 95% CI: 1.01–1.07; HR = 1.76, 95% CI: 1.18–2.61) [ 25 , 27 ] (Table 2 ).
