In the regression model, a near-significant association was observed between rural and urban workers, with rural workers being less likely to seek mental health assistance in comparison to urban workers in both the unadjusted (OR 0.79, 95% CI: 0.66, 0.95) and adjusted model (OR 0.83, 95% CI: 0.68, 1.00).
