In this experiment, the dry matter accumulation, spike length, grain number per spike, 100-grain quality and yield of UNS treatment were better than those of S treatment and U treatment, because the dry matter accumulation of maize showed an increasing trend of “S” curve with time, and the dry matter accumulation of ordinary urea treatment was the fastest at jointing stage, followed by large flare stage.
