The increase in activity with 5 μM of FKBP12 was less than with 0.2 or 1.0 μM of FKBP12, and there was a strong trend toward reduced activation with 1.0 and 5 μM of FKBP12 compared with 5 nM and 0.2 μM of FKBP12.
