The drug that diffuses into the blood stream flows away rapidly with the blood stream, but different levels of drug deposition were observed near the peak of the support unit and at the junction of the bridge tendon and the support unit ( Figure 5 b), and the drug concentration at the deposition site also showed a trend of increasing and then decreasing.
