Furthermore, when analyzing UPF consumption by tertiles (low, medium, and high) in relation to academic performance indicators (GPA, language, maths, and English), a clear trend emerged, showing that higher UPF consumption corresponded to progressively lower performance in all domains (see Figure S1 ).
