Both p-tau217 and p-tau231 levels followed a similar trend, with higher median values in stage 3 ( p -tau217: 0.57 pg/mL; p-tau231: 23.80 pg/mL) compared to earlier stages, though these differences also failed to reach statistical significance after adjusting for age, sex, and amyloid status ( p > 0.05) (Table 2 , Supplementary Table 1, Fig. 1 ).
