Consistent with previous work, analysis of cassette exons revealed that luc7 single mutants have relatively modest splicing phenotypes: luc7a and luc7b showed a trend toward higher LUC7 score in skipped exons (like LUC7L2 ), while luc7rl showed the opposite trend (like LUC7L3 ), but only luc7a reached statistical significance (Figure S5B-C ).
