In the fully adjusted categorical model, compared with the lowest Q reference, participants in the second, third and fourth Qs had an OR of 1.60 (95% CI, 1.37-1.85; P<0.001), 2.91 (95% CI, 2.51-3.38; P<0.001) and 4.86 (95% CI, 4.17-5.67; P<0.001) for hepatic steatosis risk, respectively, which demonstrated a significant trend (P<0.001).
