Further analysis by Kruskal–Wallis showed a highly significant difference ( p = 0.0001).
Further analysis by Kruskal–Wallis showed a highly significant difference ( p = 0.0001).
The median decreases were 78.1%, 78.5% and 43.5% in patients with CR/VGPR, PR and PD, respectively, but the Kruskal–Wallis test on the three groups did not reach statistical significance possibly because of the high variability of the data, and the only faintly significant difference ( p = 0.0315) appeared between patients with CR/VGPR and those with PD when analysed separately by the Mann–Whitney test (Figure 2A ).
