Participants with a DI-GM score of 6 or higher had a 17% lower prevalence of KS compared to those with a score of 0–3 (Model 3: OR = 0.83, 95% CI: 0.72–0.95, p = 0.007), with a significant trend of decreasing KS risk as DI-GM scores increased ( p -trend <0.001).
