circinelloides VI strain showed a trend in temperatures from 20 to 35 °C correlated positively with PC1 and negatively with PC2, which translated into an increase in lipid accumulation, whereas the M. circinelloides MC strain showed a similar pattern but only from 20 to 30 °C, since the lipid accumulation was reduced at 35 °C.
