Analysis of white blood cells (WBC) revealed a slight increase in lymphocytes, monocytes, and granulocytes in the peripheral blood of ds-GFP-treated mice; however, these differences did not reach statistical significance when compared to the control group ( Figs. 5A – 5D ).
