After adjustment for case mix, physician associates ordered significantly more radiographs (adjusted odds ratio 2.7, 95% confidence interval 1.72 to 4.24) and gave more prescriptions, although this difference did not reach statistical significance (adjusted odds ratio 1.35, 0.08 to 23.5).
