The pooled relative risk for patients with a daily dose ≤ 7.5mg at 12 months was 2.90 (95% CI, 1.61 to 5.21, p < 0.001; heterogeneity chi-squared = 0.04, p = 0.842, I 2 = 0.0%, Fig 5A ), suggesting a significant trend towards favoring biologics.
