4.4 Age subgroup analysis The age subgroup analysis showed that the impact of comorbid chronic diseases and depression on cognitive impairment was more pronounced in the ≥60 years age group (OR = 1.12, 95% CI: 1.02–1.22, p < 0.05), while the results for the <60 years age group did not reach statistical significance (OR = 1.07, 95% CI: 0.97–1.18, p > 0.05).
