Compared to individuals in the lowest TyG-BMI quartile (Q1), the odds of having hypertension diagnosed before age 30 were significantly higher for those in Q2 [OR (95% CI): 3.77 (1.71–8.34)], Q3 [4.14 (1.98–8.65)], and Q4 [10.92 (5.18–23.01)], with a significant trend across quartiles ( P for trend < 0.001).
