In the sensitivity analysis excluding persons with postswitch TAF exposure, we found that although the absolute weight change postswitch associated with a preswitch regimen of EFV/FTC/TDF remained significant (2.84 kg; 95% CI, 0.69–4.99 kg), its association with odds of 5% weight gain did not reach statistical significance (OR, 1.98; 95% CI, 0.99–4.06).
