The postcryo cohort received significantly fewer opioids during post-transplant week 2 (precryo, median 195 MME; postcryo, median 139 MME; p = 0.042) and was decreased at all time-points, but did not reach statistical significance at weeks 1, 3, and 4 ( Figure 2 ); to note, epidural analgesia is not included in these calculations.
