26 We declared significant associations if (1) the ACAT-O p values passed the Bonferroni-corrected p value threshold at each tissue, (2) the Z scores produced were concordant among all PRS methods at each tissue, and (3) at least two PRS methods produced nominally significant results ( p -value tissue <0.05) at each tissue.
