From Table 2 , participants with poor sleep quality, as indicated by higher PSQI scores, were significantly associated with higher triglyceride levels (AMD 2.59, 95% CI 0.07–5.11, p -value 0.044) and showed a trend towards an association with lower HDL-C levels (AMD −0.63, 95% CI −1.29 to 0.04, p -value 0.064).
