In total, 330 (76%) SNPs were significant in the larger disease or quantitative trait meta GWAS at a Bonferroni-corrected p value threshold of 0.05/432 = 1.16 × 10 −4 and 389 (90%) at a nominally significant p value (256 [59%] SNPs reached genome-wide significance).
