Though it did not reach statistical significance, a greater relative abundance of Fusobacterium was observed among treatment nonresponders (median, 0.017; IQR, 0.002–0.041) than treatment responders (median, 0.001; IQR, 0.000–0.005) (unadjusted P = 0.046) ( Figure 6 ).
