Nevertheless, a high proportion of EpCAM−/GPC3+ HCCs (64.9%) was at stage III, showing higher positive rates for fibrous capsule penetration and lower incidence of hemorrhage or necrosis, which depict a higher ratio than other subtypes, although the differences did not reach statistical significance ( p = 0.605, 0.306, and 0.359, respectively) ( Table 2 ).
