When the participants were regrouped as bb+Bb and BB, change in BMD of lumbar spine (0.022 and −0.006 g/cm 2 ; P =0.095) and femoral neck (0.032 and −0.006 g/cm 2 ; P =0.622) were greater in bb+Bb group, however the difference did not reach statistical significance. Similarly, change in serum osteocalcin levels was in favor of bb+Bb group, although not statistically significant (-0.03 and 1.89 ng/mL; P =302).
