Having an autoimmune disorder resulted in hazard ratios (HRs) greater than 1.0 for individuals developing AD over time (UCSF HR = 1.1, 95% CI 1.0–1.3, p = 0.16; Stanford HR = 1.0, 95% CI 0.9–1.2, p = 0.5, Figure S5 B), but again, likely due to low statistical power, these differences did not reach statistical significance.
