We also analyzed the analytical techniques used by principal component analysis (PCA), see Figure 7 , with the aim of showing a clear trend between variables. 29 We performed PCA using the multiple variable analysis tool built into GraphPad Prism 10 software. 22 From Figure 7 a, it is evident that PC1 and PC2 account for 94.46% of the variance in the data, and these components were used for further analysis.
