On the other hand, on the surface of the Mo composites, a mixture of different phases is consistently observed, with a clear trend indicating phase transformation from 2H-MoS 2 and MoO x to 1T-MoS 2 over the reaction time ( Fig. 4a–c ). 2.2 Supercapacitive performance Based on the previous characterization, representative 1T-MoS 2 /CNFs 2 h, 1T-MoS 2 /CNFs 6 h, and 1T-MoS 2 /CNFs 24 h were selected for electrochemical measurements, which correspond to different thicknesses of MoS 2 coverage and varying Mo species ratios on the surface.
