An examination of Figure 10 and Figure 11 reveals a clear trend: with the increase in the annealing temperature, the proportion of low- and medium-angle grain boundaries in the alloy gradually decreases, while the proportion of high-angle grain boundaries (HAGBs, misorientation angles > 15°) increases.
