The data from our study fell within the range described, wherein a reduction of 1 cm 3 of intraorbital volume produced a statistically significant reduction of enophthalmos by 0.78 mm ( P < 0.001) in isolated floor fractures and a moderately significant correlation of 0.60 mm ( P = 0.013) in floor and medial wall fractures.
