Age (P-value < 0.001) and Gender (P-value = 0.083) approached significance, but their effects may not be as pronounced as those of DENND3 and F2R. the expression distribution of key genes associated with lymph node metastatic gastric cancer and the values of various clinical indicators (including variables such as age, gender, TNM staging, etc.) exhibit varying degrees of contribution to the overall scoring process (see Fig. 12 A).
