In linear regression analysis, immunotherapy ( Figure 7C ), the tumor microenvironment ( Figure 7J ) and the pan-cancer model ( Figure 7F ) showed a trend toward significant eruption, and immune inflation ( Figure 7D ) with immune checkpoint inhibitors ( Figure 7C ) showed a more prominent burst trend, whereas the three keywords of aging ( Figure 7K ), the tumor immune microenvironment ( Figure 7I ) and cancer( Figure 7B ) showed more moderate development, and the latter two terms had high fit (R 2 >0.85), were statistically significant (P<0.01), and were suitable for bottom-up studies.
