Additionally, luteolin significantly increased the early expression of Mrc1 and showed a trend toward increasing Arg1 at later timepoints (Supplementary Fig. 4 ), suggesting a shift in the polarization of pro-inflammatory macrophages toward a pro-resolving phenotype.
