The sentences
In line with the findings of a systematic review [ 28 ], we found no statistically significant associations between smoking, employment, or duration since the onset of T2D and adherence to PA recommendations, suggesting that these factors may not be significant barriers to PA participation among individuals with T2D.
Specifically, in Qatar, there has been an increasing trend in the total number of people with diabetes since the early 2000s [ 1 ].
