A significant trend is presented that the releasing proportion can overreach 30%, the highest is 37.2%, in most of the severe typhoon events, for example, Typhoon Trami, Soudelor, and Dujuan (peak discharge were over 3000 m 3 /s), and the lower releasing proportion is shown in moderate and slight typhoons from 1.1 to 27.2%.
