After propensity score matching, desmopressin usage demonstrated a higher HR (1.273, 95% confidence interval [CI] 0.988–1.640) for hyponatremia than alpha-blockers and alpha-blocker plus antimuscarinic therapies, although this finding did not reach statistical significance (p=0.062) ( Table 2 ).
