Differences in attitudes toward cooking, perceived control, behavioral intentions, and diet quality were not significantly different between groups; however, it is worth noting that dietary adherence to the Mediterranean dietary pattern (as evidenced by the diet quality measurements) was improved in the CALM students compared to the controls (though it did not reach statistical significance).
