Although the data were not statistically significant, both systolic BP (−0.89, SD 1.64 mm Hg; t 21 =−1.15; P =.26) and diastolic BP (−3.28, SD 4.04 mm Hg; t 21 =−0.81; P =.43) showed a trend toward improvement from baseline to week 4 (postintervention; Table 2 ).
