Frail vs Non-Frail Groups—Perioperative Course The postoperative course was considerably more hazardous for frail patients; higher 30-day minor comorbidities (%, Clavien-Dindo of I/II, 13 vs 7, p < 0.01), higher 30-day major comorbidities (%, Clavien-Dindo of III/IV, 8 vs 3, p = 0.04), and almost double the post-operative leakage rates (%, 3 v 1.7, p = 0.09), however, it did not reach statistical significance.
