For patients with high‐risk prognostic factors who received 1L chemotherapy plus bevacizumab, the observed median rwOS was numerically longer than that for patients who received 1L chemotherapy alone, but the association did not reach statistical significance (31.1 [95% CI, 27.7–37.5] months vs 27.4 [25.1–31.2] months; HR, 0.84 [95% CI, 0.70–1.00]; p = .052; Tables 2 and 3 and Figure 3A ).
