In the case of miRNA analyses, we observed a clear trend of gradual decrease in the levels of miR15a-5p (Fig. 4 A), miR16-5p (Fig. 4 B), miR28-5p (Fig. 4 D), miR142-5p (Fig. 4 J), miR150-5p (Fig. 4 L), miR155-5p (Fig. 4 M), miR181a-5p (Fig. 4 N), miR326-5p (Fig. 4 P), and miR486-5p (Fig. 4 R) depending on the EBV reactivation status and the presence of SID (Fig. 4 ).
