From 1990 to 2021, the ASIR of IHD among WCBA in China showed a trend from increase (1990–2003) to decline (2003–2021), but overall showed an upward trend [AAPC = 0.76, 95% CI: 0.69–0.82, P < 0.001] (Table 1 and Fig. 1 C).
