Thus, we would hypothesize that titration of AD-214 and nintedanib to concentrations reflecting their in vivo PK, AD-214 would be more efficacious in the PCLS assay, and the same would be true for the bleomycin model where 60 mg/kg daily nintedanib only showed a trend for efficacy, whereas 10–30 mg/kg of AD-214 every 2 to 4 days led to a statistically significant reduction in lung fibrosis.
