It was also noticeable that low doses of UV-B radiation (up to 1300 kJ/m 2 ) did not heavily affect growth, although a clear trend could be observed in which 1, 2 and 4 Martian sols of UV-B irradiation did tend to slow the rate of growth in most cases.
