Although the purpose of the study was not to conduct quantitative analyses, questionnaire data showed a trend towards reduction in PHQ-9, GAD-7 and EDE-Q scores (Table 1 ), which were clinically significant given that change scores of 5, 4 and 0.57 are considered the minimal clinically important differences in PHQ-9, GAD-7 and total EDE-Q scores respectively [ 38 – 40 ].
