Ischemia‐driven revascularization was performed in 18 (4.1%) patients in the QFR‐guided group and in 19 (4.5%) patients in the angiography‐guided group (HR, 0.91 [95% CI, 0.48–1.73]), and there was a borderline significant interaction between the relative treatment effect on ischemia‐driven revascularization before (2.2% versus 1.2%; HR, 1.90 [95% CI, 0.65–5.57]) and after (1.8% versus 3.6%; HR, 0.51 [95% CI, 0.22–1.20]) 1 year ( P interaction =0.06) (Figure S5 ).
