Nonetheless, in the validation section, the disparities in the concordance between the clinical model and each model incorporating inflammatory biomarkers in the baseline test dataset did not reach statistical significance (difference of 0.003 (95 % CI −0.012,0.017) for the OS model and difference of 0.008 (95 % CI −0.013,0.028) for the PFS model), ( as shown in Appendix C, Table C2 ).
